Returns & Refunds
At Le Choux, all of our products are freshly prepared by hand each day using high-quality ingredients.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been collected or delivered.
We kindly ask customers to:
- Check their order at the point of collection or upon delivery
- Notify us immediately of any issues
If there is a problem with your order (for example, an item is missing or incorrect), please contact us as soon as possible on the day of purchase. We will always do our best to resolve genuine issues fairly and promptly.
Please note:
- We cannot accept responsibility for products once they have left our premises
- We are unable to offer refunds based on personal taste preferences
Allergens
At Le Choux, we take allergens seriously and aim to provide clear and accurate information.
However, please be aware:
- All of our products are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, eggs, dairy, nuts, peanuts, sesame, and soy
- As such, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from traces of allergens
- Our products are therefore not suitable for those with severe allergies
If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, please speak to a member of our team before purchasing. We will do our best to guide you, but consumption is at your own risk.
